Just a couple weeks ago, I was hanging out with Lawrence Taylor on the Giants sidelines (see above).
Yesterday, he was in jail.
Taylor was charged Sunday with leaving the scene of an accident with property damage, a second-degree misdemeanor. He was released on $500 bond later that night.
Taylor told investigators he thought he had hit a guard rail. There were no injuries and troopers didn't conduct a sobriety test.
Um, I love him and he's one of my all-time favorite Giants, but with his track record, why was no test administered?
