While today's court hearing has been delayed, it seems that sooner or later, former NBA star Jayson Williams will be behind bars.
Williams is expected to admit his role in the death of Costas "Gus" Christofi, the limo driver who died of a gun shot wound to the chest.
Williams, 41, will plead guilty to an aggravated assault charge that will give him a sentence of up to three years in prison.
He will serve 18 months before becoming eligible for parole.
