The Jets opened camp yesterday, the Giants open Sunday.

Not that I want to wish the baseball season away, but nothing compares to football Sundays.
So what's the latest scoop?
New Jets coach Rex Ryan announced that Kellen Clemens is, for now, the team's #1 quarterback. With Mark Sanchez waiting in the wings, we'll see how long that lasts.
Jets running back Leon Washington did not report to camp yesterday but is there today. He is unhappy about his contract (c'mon guys, he's "only" making $535,000, that's not fair) but it looks like he will play through negotiations.
As for my Gmen, all but one of their 2009 draft picks are now signed. However, there is one Giant whose focus is not on camp (more on that later).
Let the insanity begin!
